Calculator by Less-Mess has proven to be very popular with office personnel, accountants, bookkeepers and Certified Public Accountants in their drive for offices with less paper. Free to Schools and Libraries, half price to students and volume discounts to multiple license users. This calculator produces a virtual proof tape of up to 1000 rows. Rows can be annotated, edited, deleted, cleared, inserted and moved, and the calculator tape will be automatically recomputed. Custom comment lists that can be right click inserted and Template file capability. Sub totals can be inserted anywhere anytime. Files can be opened, named, saved, copied and deleted. Files may be printed or inserted into all word processor programs, e-mails and spreadsheets. Full equation and function capabilities, and after you compute them the answer in the tape is underligned. Mouse over an underligned entry will display the computation used. Decimal selection and dollar sign capability, multi memory capacity for often used entry's. Smart parens that tell you how many times that they have been inserted into an equation so that you know that if they differ the equation won't fly. Smart Sub totals that display running sub totals and group sub totals. Running count and average on all data entries. Blank rows can be inserted for grouping and annotation.
